Material Testing

Prior to reaching the production process all in-coming corrugated materials are processed through an extensive series of tests measured against stringent TAPPI standards. This quality assurance process means that the corrugated used in your product will withstand the rigors of shipping, warehousing and the retail environment.

ISTA Testing

Archbold is a certified ISTA testing facility providing vibration, drop, compression and slant drop testing of your design prior to production. All tests completed in our lab are certified and can be supported with documented test data which is accepted by many transportation companies. For extremely fragile or valuable items,
we are equipped to provide extensive black box testing procedures that follow the extra shipping and handling process of your item.
