| Challenge: People were tearing open the shrink wrapped cartons Brasscraft’s plumbing and repair kits were in to check out the product resulting in store loss and damaged packaging returned to Brasscraft. |
| Archbold Result: Archobld designed a polyethelyne windowed carton to allow customer to see what was inside as well as not damage the product when opening the product to see what was inside the carton. Result was the retailer not returning as many damaged cartons of product and happier customers at retail. |
